Dr. Inna Ozerov was very approachable, kind, knowledgeable about my reason of vist, & communicate in details very well. For every question I asked she had an answer for, & more then willing to explain her answer if I still was unsure. My visit with her, being a new patient was entirely comfortable, not to mention her staff was also warm & welcoming from start to finish!
